We offer a guided process

Many clients come to us at the suggestion of their financial advisors. When you contact us, a courteous member of our staff requests some basic information and schedules your appointment. During your appointment, attorney Patrick B. Mason meets with you to assess your needs, provides you with recommended solutions, and reviews the cost of the solutions with you. There is no charge for this initial intake session. Once you decide to engage us, we will draft all appropriate documents and then assist you with executing the documents.

We offer an Estate Planning Strategies Guide that explains estate planning and administration terms and procedures. A questionnaire within the guide helps you gather appropriate information to streamline the legal process. The guide also answers your questions, for example, the differences between a living trust and will as estate planning tools.
